Ibiza Intro is termed as “The Company” throughout

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In making any contract there are rights and responsibilities on both sides. These Booking Conditions have been designed to set out as clearly and simply as possible what and who's responsibilities they are. Please read them carefully, should you have any queries, please contact us as immediately for clarification. The following along with the descriptions sent when booking form the contract between you and The Company. English law will govern your contract and any disputes will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.

BOOKINGS

As soon as a booking accompanied by a deposit commitment is accepted by The Company a contract has been made. The contract is between the Company and the person making the booking. No alteration to these conditions is possible without written consent of The Company. Our literature, descriptions and information relating to your holiday is correct at the time of printing. However things may still change, in which case we will inform you as soon as we are made aware. You must be 18 years of age at the date of booking. People aged 17 can make a booking subject to a parent or legal guardian guaranteeing the booking in writing. Once you have booked we will issue you with full details with every element of your holiday showing cost, dated, property and guests. All details should be checked carefully, you should contact us immediately with any queries. Failure to correct spellings of names will lead to admin fees being levied at a later stage. You are deemed to have accepted these booking terms & conditions unless we hear from you immediately after issue.

PAYMENT

Deposits are non-refundable. On receipt of your Booking, we will book your chosen holiday and advise you of its cost and reservation in writing.

The final balance should reach the company no later than a maximum of 30 days prior to the holiday date commencement. If you fail to make your final payment by the due date we reserve the right up to the date of departure, to treat your booking as a cancellation. This could mean that you are liable to cancellation charges. Note - we are obliged to send reminders; we only issue the initial booking details at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are unfortunate but sometimes they are unavoidable. We reserve the right to cancel if the holiday is deemed unviable or the booking arrangements become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of accommodation becoming unavailable we arrange where possible accommodation of a similar standard or better than the original property booked. Other reasons such as war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, bad weather conditions may result in changes, postpone or cancellation of your holiday. However we will not pay compensation/ expenses as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

Your party also agrees to exercise care of the accommodation and its contents, and further more agrees to pay for, or replace, any damaged or lost items. You should consider insurance cover, so if the reason for your cancellation comes within its terms, you may claim back the cost of cancellation.

If you do have to cancel the booking, do so at the earliest opportunity - it will save you money. Cancellation by you must be made in writing by the person who made the original booking if you or anyone travelling with you cancels.

The cancellation will be deemed to have been accepted when received by us and acknowledged in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Time between cancellation and holiday commencement date

  • 63 days + = Total deposit only
  • 62 - 42 days = 60% of total invoice
  • 41 - 0 days = 100% of total invoice

CHANGES

If any member of your party is prevented from travelling, the person concerned may transfer their place to someone else providing the following requirements are complied with. We must be notified by the party leader. Where a transfer to a person of your choice can be made, all costs and charges incurred by us and/or incurred or imposed by any of our suppliers as a result together with an minimum amendment fee of £35 must be paid before the transfer can be effected.

HOTEL RULES

All accommodation has rules in place to en sure you and our other hotel guests get everything they need from their holiday, including sleep!

On Check-In you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging the Hotel Rules and a copy will be provided for your information. Public liability is held by the hotel.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

You will be required to pay a Breakage Deposit of 60 Euros per room upon check in. This will be collectable from Reception on the day you leave subject to there being no chargeable breakages. We provide a Room Inventory list on check in which you should check against the contents of your room.

If anything is missing or you notice anything broken then please report this to reception within 24 hours and we will replace or repair it wherever possible. Please note it is important that you do report this information to us as you may be charged.

HOTEL CHECK IN TIMES

Check-In time is usually from 2pm on the first day of the holiday. We do endeavour to have your room ready sooner if we can.

This is why we ask that you provide us with an approximate time of your flight arriving so we can do our best to get you into your room sooner. During busy times sometimes your room may take longer to have ready so please bear with us if this is the case.

HOTEL CHECK OUT

Check-Out time is 11 AM. It may be possible for you to keep your room on until 7pm on the day of departure should your room not be allocated to incoming guests. The charge for a late check-out if available is 50 Euros per room. The Hotel provides shower and changing facilities should you have already checked out and requires them on departure day.

INJURY OR DAMAGE OR THEFT

We or the property owners or their representatives will not be held liable or take any responsibility for any damage, Injuries or theft caused when using any of the facilities provided as part of the booking or associated with any accommodation including the swimming pool.

To reiterate: The company is not liable for any injury, theft or damage during your holiday. Each venue or their representatives have public liability insurance.

When you arrive at the property you will be liable to pay €50 Euro deposit to an Ibiza Intro Rep for the security deposit. This is seperate from the property policy on damage deposits,

TRAVEL DELAYS

To cater for such circumstances we recommend that you ensure there are sufficient funds to pay for any additional expenses as these are your responsibility, not the company. In certain circumstances these extra costs are covered by travel insurance. We will not be held responsible for any loss or delays due to force majored, strikes, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, riots, fire, flood, weather or transportation problems.

DOCUMENTATION & INSURANCE

You are responsible for ensuring that all members of your party have the correct health, immigration, passports and visa documentation and requirements. Current regulations require all passengers travelling on charter flights must have suitable holiday insurance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party comply with this regulation.

INFORMATION

We will make every effort to ensure that all information given is accurate. We do not however accept any responsibility for the accommodation facilities being unavailable due to reasons outside the companies' control.

Our literature, descriptions and information relating to your holiday is correct at the time of printing.

However things may still change, in which case we will inform you as soon as we are made aware.

AMENDMENTS

Please contact us immediately if you need to change any element of your holiday arrangements. We will try and accommodate you request where possible. Changes could be subject to an amendment charge depending on the request and time before departure.

GUEST INFORMATION

Your personal details such as address; E-mail address and phone number can be used by us or any associated business for marketing purposes without prior consent. Your details can be removed if you write to us stating you do not wish to receive any future marketing material.

UNUSED ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES

The cost of the trip includes accommodation and services as specified. Refunds cannot be made for any of these which are not used for whatever reason.

FLIGHTS

All flights are with airlines on scheduled services and are covered by their own conditions. We can accept no responsibility for any delay, cancellation or loss associated with these flights. Fares for flights can only be guaranteed by full payment.

Many scheduled and Low Cost carrier's fare are non changeable & non refundable once booked. Flights are not included within The Company’s holiday packages. It is your responsibility to book your own flights from and returning to your chosen port.

BEHAVIOUR

It is essential that the instructions of the trip leaders/ guides are followed at all times for the safety and well being of individuals and of the group. We reserve the right to require any person to withdraw from the trip if their behaviour is deemed offensive, dangerous or incompatible with the conduct of others, and we shall be under no further liability to any such person.

You are responsible for your own behaviour, so please behave responsibly.

TOURISM TAX

Sustainable Tourism Tax (Eco Tax) is now imposed by the Balearic Government, collected at the accommodation. You will be liable to pay this while you stay within your package.

FURTHER ACCOMMODATION

Ibiza Intro are not responsible for securing further accommodation after the initial 21 or 28 package. We will though advise all of our customers during there stay on other availabilities when applicable.

COMPLAINTS

We always hope that our customers never have cause to complain but we realise that problems do occur from time to time. No complaints will be considered unless you have brought them to the attention of the staff/representative at the resort/accommodation. If matters cannot be put right there and then, please write to us within seven days of your return.

We do not accept any liability in respect of our suppliers. Should the matter remain unresolved you will be given details of how pass your complain to The Travel Trust Association for arbitration.
