In many job roles in Ibiza, but particularly those in bars and clubs, you’ll find yourself working into the small hours of the morning and finishing shifts after the clubs close. So how exactly do you find time to have fun? After parties will be your best friend! Running from club closing time right through until sunrise and beyond, after parties tend to be filled with workers who want to let their hair down after a long shift. Owned by Amnesia and built around an ancient cave in the Ibiza countryside, Cova Santa has a wonderful atmosphere that just workers brilliantly for an after party. By day this venue is a restaurant and lounge bar, but by night, or shall we say early morning, it becomes a bustling area packed with fellow workers who want to enjoy some music and watch the sun rise over the beautiful horizon.
This chic little beachside venue is a suave Italian restaurant during the day and a super cool after party venue at night. Although not always open late into the night, when the Beachouse does decide to keep its doors open it throws a hell of a party. Its location right on the beach allows for plenty of people to get together, dance on the sand and watch the sun rise over the Med. You should definitely keep your ear to the ground to hear of after parties at the Beachouse because they’re not to be missed.
Luxury beach club Blue Marlin is a real VIP hangout and perfect for indulgent after parties. Located in Cala Jondal Bay, this venue overlooks the sea and is a wonderful place to be when the sun comes up over the horizon. Plus, since it has a reputation for indulgence and incredible Champagne, it’s a bit of a hit with the rich and famous; you may just be able to rub shoulders with some well-known faces when you head to an after party here.
Pacha own hotel resort Destino so it’s no wonder that this place manages to throw incredible after parties! Although they tend not to be held on a regular basis, when open air parties do take place here they really go down a storm and even after they’re over the fun doesn’t end. TOX is Destino’s hidden club and this is where legendary afterhours parties tend to take place; use your worker connections to get filled in on Destino events as they’re not something you want to miss.
For many workers the best parties in Ibiza are the informal ones – the illicit raves and the crazy villa parties where no rules apply! As someone in the worker community you are in the best position to hear of all the best villa parties, and as long as you’re well connected and ready to meet lots of new then people then you’ll easily be able to score yourself an invitation to the hottest shindigs.

However, there’s no need to fear if you find yourself working that night; the party continues for hours over at Zoo Project.
